Days and months
Name the days and months in order and write them with a capital letter.
The seven days and the twelve months have names of their own. In English every one of those names begins with a capital letter.
Remember
Monday, not monday. April, not april. A day or a month keeps its capital letter wherever it stands in the sentence.
Worked example
we go back to school in june.
Two words here need capital letters, for two different reasons: the first word of the sentence, and the month's name.
Both of those need a capital letter.
