Where things are

Use above, below, inside, outside, left and right to say where something is.

Position words tell you where something is. Above and below are about up and down; left and right are about the sides.

    Watch out

    Left and right depend on which way you are facing, so turn round and they swap. Above and below never swap when you turn round.
