Capital letters and periods

Start a sentence with a capital letter and end it with a period.

A sentence has two marks that never change. It opens with a capital letter and closes with a period.

Remember

Capital letter at the start. Period at the end.

Worked example

Look at this sentence: The lamp is bright.

  1. T is a capital letter.

    It is the first letter of the first word.
