Returns & Refunds

Our paperbacks are printed on demand, one copy at a time, so occasionally one comes out wrong. If yours has a printing fault, is missing or duplicated pages, arrives damaged, or simply isn’t the book you ordered, we’ll reprint and reship it at no cost to you.

Get in touch with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the problem
• A photo, if it’s a printing or damage issue — it helps us tell the printer exactly what went wrong

In most cases we won’t ask you to post the faulty copy back; returning a misprinted book usually costs more than reprinting it.

Because a digital pack is delivered instantly and can’t be returned once it has been downloaded, digital purchases are not refundable after download. Please read the description and preview images before buying.

That said, we stand behind the files. If a PDF won’t open, downloads incomplete, prints incorrectly, or isn’t what the product page described, contact us and we’ll replace it or make it right.

Lost your link? Download links stay valid for 30 days and can be re-sent to the email address you ordered with from the downloads page — a missing email isn’t a reason to buy twice.

Printed books go to the printer quickly, so if you need to change an address or cancel, tell us as soon as possible and we’ll stop it if we still can. Once a book has gone into production we generally can’t cancel it — but if it arrives faulty, section 1 applies.

If you bought one of our paperbacks through Amazon rather than this site, their returns process and refund window apply, and it’s handled through your Amazon account. We can’t refund an Amazon order from here — but do tell us if you found a printing or content problem, so we can correct the source file.
