Your download link stays valid for 30 days. If you lose the email or the link expires, you can have it re-sent to the email address you ordered with.

Yes. A pack is yours to print as many times as you like for your own personal or family use — run the same mystery evening again, or print fresh copies for each player. Reselling or redistributing the files is not permitted.

Any home printer and standard paper. The packs are designed to print cleanly in black and white, so you do not need colour ink.

Our books are on Amazon across the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, India, Australia and Japan. You can also order directly from this site, where printing and delivery are handled by our print partner Lulu.

Books are printed on demand, so add production time to the shipping time. Production usually takes a few business days, then delivery depends on the shipping method you pick at checkout — from 1-2 business days on Express up to 7-15 on Standard Mail.

It means every copy is made fresh when you order rather than sitting in a warehouse, so nothing goes to pulp unsold. The trade-off is that a book takes a few extra days to reach you.

We accept PayPal for orders in US dollars and Razorpay for orders in Indian rupees. Razorpay covers cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. We never see or store your full card details.

Look up any order with your order number and email address — no account needed. Once your book leaves the printer, tracking details appear there.

No. You can check out as a guest and look your order up later with your order number and email. An account just keeps your orders and downloads in one place.

Get in touch and we will put it right — a broken or corrupted file gets replaced, and a misprinted or damaged book gets reprinted free. Please include your order number, and a photo if it is a printing problem.
