Shipping Policy
Our books are printed when you order them. Here’s what that means for how long yours takes to arrive.
At a glance
You order. Digital packs download straight away — nothing is shipped.
We print. Paperbacks are made to order, which typically adds a few business days before dispatch.
It ships. Delivery time then depends on the method you chose at checkout.
1. Printed on demand
We don’t hold stock. Every paperback ordered here is printed by our print partner, Lulu, after you place the order, then shipped directly to you. It keeps books in print indefinitely and means nothing is pulped unsold — the trade-off is that production time is added on top of delivery time.
Production usually takes a few business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier. Larger orders, or books ordered during busy periods, can take a little longer.
2. Delivery estimates
Available methods and prices are shown at checkout for your address. These estimates are for transit only — add production time to get the total wait.

Not every method is offered to every destination — you’ll see the ones available to you, with live pricing, once you enter your address at checkout.
3. Tracking your order
You can look up any order with your order number and the email address you used — no account required. Once the book leaves the printer, tracking information appears there.
4. Digital packs
Digital case packs aren’t shipped and cost nothing to deliver. You get your download immediately after checkout plus an emailed link, and that link stays valid for 30 days. You can print a pack as often as you like for personal use.
5. Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is well past its estimate, arrives damaged, or arrives misprinted, get in touch with your order number and we’ll sort it out — a damaged or misprinted book is reprinted free.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment.
